Description :
- Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and development teams on quality assurance topics
- Translates quality requirements into clear testing strategies, plans, and actionable testing activities
- Defines test strategies, test plans, and quality gates aligned with project risks and priorities
- Contributes to the implementation of QA governance and scalable testing practices
- Analyzes and validates application quality through functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testing
- Writes clear functional documentation (test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and QA reports)
- Ensures quality through testing execution, UAT support, defect tracking, and root cause analysis
- Supports test automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous improvement of QA best practices
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or IT development environments
- Strong knowledge of testing tools (bug tracking, test management, automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA governance, and Agile/Scrum practices
- Expertise in test design, execution, and defect management processes
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, or similar)
- Professional proficiency in English & French
