Your Job

 

As the Business Development Manager, you are responsible for developing the department's commercial opportunities, with a focus on Infrastructure Managed Services and Outsourcing.

 

You are energized by:

  • Your extensive experience in shaping deals relating to Workplace-as-a-Service, Network and Data Center & Cloud (Azure, AWS) Infrastructure Managed Services
  • Meeting customers and prospects, compelling them to consider their outsourcing strategy and helping to shape the deal for Realdolmen
  • Heading a virtual bid team of experts; translating the customer's challenge into a solution and presenting the advantages to the customer in an easily graspable manner
  • Translating those opportunities for the bid team; contributing to drawing up quotes yourself with the support of a bid manager
  • Developing an external network to further strengthen Realdolmen's presence on the IT Outsourcing map
  • Negotiating with customers to close the deal
  • Keeping up with developments in the field of Infrastructure Managed Services
  • Providing input for the annual budget

 

Your Profile

 

As a Business Development Manager, you possess the following competencies:

  • You are fluent in three languages: NL, FR, EN
  • You are intimately familiar with IT Outsourcing, Cloud & Workplace Managed Services
  • You have great sales skills and don't know how to give up
  • You rely on your team's strengths to reach your goals, but are also capable of working independently
  • You have the discipline to manage the sales funnel effectively
  • Tight deadlines don't scare you
  • Your public speaking is smooth and effective
