Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:
- Migration project to a new Warehouse Management solution.
- Small team, part of the digital group, collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, and local key users. - Frequent interactions with global stakeholders and business representatives in Belgium and Japan. Responsibilities.
- Participate in project meetings (flows, migration progress).
- Test new processes and flows.
- Provide incident management and user support.
- Manage user roles and resolve business issues.
- Train users and update documentation.
- Handle unexpected challenges, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
Profile / Experience
- Experience: 3-8 years (medior preferred); senior profiles also considered.
- Industry: 5-10 years in the pharmaceutical sector is ideal.
Must-Have Skills
- Solid experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
- Proven end-to-end project implementation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English fluency (spoken & written).
- Project & change management experience.
- Ability to train users and update documentation.
- Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to adapt quickly to complex environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- International/global project experience.
- Ability to propose creative solutions and defend process standardization.
