Lead Python Developer
Job Overview
This role combines operational support of a 24/7 application environment with active participation in developing and maintaining an algorithmic trading platform, including incident resolution, infrastructure administration, and continuous improvement."
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application incidents, providing solutions or workarounds and escalating when necessary.
- Manage operational support tasks such as firewall and certificate administration and other infrastructure requests.
- Propose and introduce innovative ideas and concepts to improve team processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with the trading optimization team to develop and maintain the algorithmic execution platform and its supporting infrastructure.
- Analyze data flows to automate and optimize desk workflows and improve overall performance.
- Contribute to development in a DevOps environment using best-practice tools and coding standards, and participate in design and implementation discussions.
