Your Role
As a Scrum Master, you'll be the engine of agility 🌀 — guiding your team to deliver high-quality software efficiently and collaboratively.
You will:
✅ Champion Scrum values and promote an agile mindset
🧩 Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
🤝 Coach the Product Owner on backlog priorities and flow
📈 Track team capacity, velocity, and progress
🔥 Foster focus, transparency, and continuous improvement
Your Profile
💬 Strong understanding of Scrum & Agile methodologies (SAFe is a plus)
🌐 Fluent in English, French, or Dutch
💡 Positive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
🧘 Skilled in facilitation, coaching & conflict resolution
⚡ Unafraid to challenge, adapt, and inspire change
💻 A technical background is a plus
