Responsibility
- Provide input when drawing up the strategic plan: roadmap of objectives, milestones and changes for the next 3 years (based on his knowledge of the current tactical plan and building up necessary knowledge to support in drawing up the tactical plan)
- He / she cannot adjust the plan himself. That is the responsibility of the BUM
- Follow-up and adjustment of the strategic plan
- Responsibility
- Support in drawing up, monitoring, reporting and adjusting the tactical plan, based on the strategic plan: a balanced roadmap of objectives, milestones and changes for the coming year up to 1.5 years, aligned in the Colruyt Group and balanced according to benefits, resources, risks, architecture and change
- Activities
- Support in determining which objectives and changes from operations must be realized and for which a structured change must be translated into the portfolio.
- Align on the level of changes with the plans of other domains and ou's
- Follow up on the predetermined benefits of the changes

- Translating the roadmap of changes into a roadmap and portfolio of projects and the follow-up of their realization

- Drawing up a roadmap of projects
- Manage dependencies with other portfolios
- Managing the risks
- Follow-up, reporting and adjusting the roadmap of projects
- The tactical coordinator coordinates the activities of the tactical support team
- He / she records each of the above activities together with the tactical support team.
