We are looking for an IT Service Management Specialist with strong ServiceNow expertise.
Responsibilities.
Initially, the role will be mainly operational and execution focused. Depending on how
quickly the person develops and handles the core administrative workload, the scope
could evolve. Think about process streamlining, automation, and the migration to the
new ServiceNow instance.
Focus areas:
- ITIL domains: CI, Asset, and Configuration Management (CMDB)
- Some involvement in Change Management
- ServiceNow experience is mandatory
- ITIL v4 or v5 certification required
