Talencia Consulting is currently looking for a Freelance Recruiter for one of his clients.
We are looking for an experienced freelance Recruiter to source, attract, and qualify candidates for both blue-collar (industrial, logistics, construction, maintenance, etc.) and white-collar (office-based, managerial, engineering, etc.) positions.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & outreach:
- Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, databases, professional networks) to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively engage passive candidates (especially for high-demand roles).
- Screening & evaluation:
- Review resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Verify references when required.
- Summarize candidate profiles and present shortlisted talent to clients.
- Coordination & follow-up:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Participate in client briefings to fully understand hiring needs.
Profile
- Proven recruitment experience (agency or freelance), ideally in both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.
