Description
You will
- Provide support end-users and trainers (training room);
- Be the SPOC for the 1st line for problems from infrastructure, office or own applications, telephony...
- Responsible of the creation of tickets, and respect the SLA's;
- Propose solution to improve the incident process, report recurrent incidents, propose solution to improve performance & coordinate and drive these projects;
- Write and ensure the documentation for all new solution: troubleshooting,...;
- Responsible that the physical infrastructure is up & running;
- Be nearly full-time on site.
Profile
- Bachelor in IT IS A MUST;
- A minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience as support engineer;
- Service minded, customer & result oriented;
- Technical, logical & problem-solving skills;
- Organized, responsible for incidents management;
- Flexible;
- Fast learner;
- Tri-lingual: Dutch, English & French;
- Assets: Development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript & .NET
