Function
As a Technical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining top-tier solutions.
Your dedication to providing excellent service will be pivotal in adhering to client timelines and internal procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical Team supervision and coaching
- Sales Project Management: Collaborate on feasibility studies, resource assessments, and schedule management to ensure successful project execution.
- Infrastructure Audits & Solution Design: Conduct audits on client infrastructures and craft tailored solutions.
- Project Implementation: Oversee internal and/or on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution.
- L3 Incident Resolution: Provide support by analyzing and resolving incidents raised by the service desk and L2 support team.
- Server & Client Configuration: Handle server and client configurations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation for all projects, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Profile
We are looking for a dynamic professional who brings at least 5 years of IT support experience. Ideal candidates will have certifications and expertise in the following areas:
- Team coaching
- Managed Services (infra & security)
- Network Technologies: Proficiency in IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, etc.
- Email Environments: Expertise in Office/Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange.
- Windows Server: Hands-on experience with administration, configuration, and deployment of Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Virtualization: Knowledge of VMware technologies.
- Backup Systems: Experience with backup solutions like VEEAM.
- Cloud Technologies: Strong understanding of Cloud solutions.
- Scripting/Automation: Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Group Policy.
- Storage Systems: Familiarity with SAN (HPE).
- Security Standards: Familiarity with standards such as ISO28000, NIS2 regulation, Ninjaone, Intune, SentinelOne, Defender, Cisco Meraki, and more.
Required certifications:
- HPE Server & Storage
- Microsoft Expert (Server, Azure)
- VMware VCP
