Our partner is a fast-growing IT services company supporting both public and private organizations in the management, modernization, and security of their IT infrastructures.
As part of its ongoing expansion and several upcoming projects, the company is looking for a System Engineer to take technical ownership of multiple infrastructure projects across Belgium.
Your role
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining modern infrastructure solutions.
As a technical reference, you will work on Microsoft, Cloud (Azure, O365, Virtualisation), and monitoring environments (Centreon, etc.).
In the medium term, you'll also have the opportunity to build and lead a technical team around you.
Your main responsibilities:

Lead and deliver various IT infrastructure projects nationwide

Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft and Cloud environments

Ensure system performance, monitoring, and security (Centreon, Nagios, etc.)

Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, ensuring top-level service delivery

Contribute to the definition of technical standards and architecture improvements

Eventually coach and develop junior engineers as the team grows
Your profile

Minimum 3 years' experience as a System Engineer or in a similar technical role

Strong expertise in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, O365, Azure, and Virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)

Knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring tools (Centreon, Nagios, etc.)

Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Autonomous, proactive, and eager to take ownership of technical projects

Motivated by the idea of growing into a technical leadership position
- Good knowledge of both French and Dutch
