Test manager/test coordinator
- Test plan creation:
- Define the scope of the test project
- Perform risk analysis related to testing
- Determine test strategy (stakeholders — who, test levels — when, quality attributes — what)
- Define test clusters
- Develop the test approach (RRBT: Risk Requirements Based Testing)
- Specify test environment and infrastructure
- Set up the test organisation
- Create the test schedule
- Validate acceptance criteria
- Test preparation and analysis:
- Prepare test activities and analyses based on requirements and functional analysis
- Execute tests, possibly together with testers from the operations organisation for system and acceptance tests
- Perform (re)tests
- Log defects
- Check and analyse test results
- Assess and report findings
- Validate requirements and functional design
- Create test cases, including test data and test scripts
- Guide and support testers
- Coordination of test execution
- Track progress of the test plan
- Explain test activities to testers and follow up on these activities
- Ensure activities proceed according to agreed quality and quantity standards
- Report on test progress, including coverage and defect counts

Must have...
A1 or university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent by experience in a similar role:
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a test analyst on Mainframe environments
- Experience with functional testing
- Experience in the insurance sector, preferably in life insurance
- Experience with a test management tool, preferably Zephyr
- Experience with defect management tools, preferably Jira
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
