You will work in the Zaventem, Gent or Antwerpen, in close collaboration with the Business (sales) manager and the Business Unit Leader. Team results are more important than individual targets.
As IT Recruiter you will have 3 focus area:
- 1) You will support the Care/HR focus team within the Business Unit. You will assist to intake-onboard-exit actions and Care/HR initiatives.
- 2) Together with the Business Manager, you will work on the open consultancy assignments. Your goal is to find the right consultant in line with the requirements of the client or project. The Business Manager focuses on the commercial part, you on the candidate part. Of course, you will have client contacts on a regular basis for follow-up, meetings,...
- 3) For Recruitment and Selection assignments, you will perform the candidate search, the screening of competences, you will conduct the interviews, write the reports and assure the adequate follow-up of the whole recruitment process.
- You have a Master Degree in IT or Human Sciences
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You have several years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in IT environment
- You are client oriented and interested in meeting people
- You are result driven
- You are pro-active and hands-on
- You have strong communication skills, are a real teamplayer but, as TriICT is in a startup phase, are comfortable to be strong individual contributor
