We're partnered with an international business in the manufacturing sector, keen on expanding its technology and quality teams. They're currently working on a range of projects across the manufacturing and e-Commerce space, and are looking for more of a Belgian base in West Flanders.
To support this growth, the company is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen its quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software and systems across its engineering and manufacturing environments.
You will play a key role in validating and improving the quality of internal tools, production-support systems, and software that helps power manufacturing operations. The role combines hands-on manual testing with advanced automation, working closely with developers, product specialists, and operational teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both detail-oriented manual QA and building scalable automated testing frameworks.
Responsibilities

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and internal applications.

Develop automated test suites using Cypress or Selenium.

Identify and track defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.

Ensure product quality by participating in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles.

Improve test strategies, QA processes, and tooling to support continuous integration and delivery.

Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver robust, reliable software used in manufacturing environments.
Your profile

Strong experience with Cypress or Selenium (ideally both).

Proven background in automation testing and manual testing.

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and defect tracking.

Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines or test-automation integration.

Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial systems, or Hardware-software testing.

Knowledge of API testing or performance testing tools.
