- Identify, contact and build a relationship with numerous contacts in your assigned sector to generate enough leads to work on :
- Initiating and maintaining contact on a regular basis with your prospects and clients to be identified as the main SPOC by the clients
- Getting strategic information from the clients (new openings, projects, milestones, key contacts,...)
- Introducing, continuous monitoring of new partnerships opportunities
- Development of your sector
- Appointments and regular contacts with the clients to obtain new opportunities
- Qualify and validate a new opportunity to determine its level of priority to obtain new contract opportunities in the short run
- Follow up of the life cycle of the client relationship from a new lead to a trustful client through the CRM
- Manage your clients' demands and consulting needs to develop the Media/Telecom and Retail sector
- Maintain a competitive intelligence of the Media/Telecom and Retail market to assess our clients demands and needs
Recruitment to manage your own unit
- Development of a candidates/solutions pool according to our clients needs by using a qualification and validation process of the best candidates on the market
- Sourcing and interviewing the top profiles
- Taking part to the second stages of interviews to enrol the new candidates to enter the last stages of the recruitment process
- Follow up of the recruitment life cycle of the best candidates or consultants to build a trustful relationship with afarax using the CRM
- Presentation of the open positions/missions to the top candidates in the opening stage of the opportunities
- Develop the career path of your consultants
IS This YOU ?
- Master degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics or any related field ;
- Min. 1 to 2 years experience in Business Development ;
- A first relevant experience in Information Technologies and/or in a Service Provider/Consulting agency would be a strong advantage ;
- Fluency in English and French, an intermediate level in Dutch is a huge plus ;
- Being result and service oriented ;
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral ;
- Having nice presentation skills, an ability to engage, enrol and convince ;
- Being a real team player and able to manage transversal projects.
