Currently our client is looking for a:
Customer Support Specialist (Native German Speaker)
- You will be the person who stands between the customer and his questions
- You will support clients in using our products, answering questions and solving problems.
- You will also be developing knowledge documents, in order to standardize support procedures and to optimize our customer services.
- You have a bachelor's degree
- You have an analytical mind and you get a kick out of solving complex problems
- You are passionate about IT
- You have some knowledge of accountancy / finance
- You are ambitious and ready to take the next step
- You are native German speaker and have knowledge of a second language (French, Dutch, Spanish or English)
- You are customer oriented and stress resistant
