To reinforce our Recruitment Team, Contraste Europe is actively looking for a Senior Recruiter.
- Recruitment of new candidates matching with the clients' requests.
- Definition of the most efficient way to find candidates through different channels:
- Via job sites (StepStone, Monster, Ictjob, VDAB,...)
- Direct search.
- Own network.
- Maintain and further develop Contraste's candidate database using a CRM tool.
- In charge of various steps of the recruitment process in close interaction and reporting with the direct manager:
- Screen CV's.
- Conduct the interviews.
- Present relevant candidates reports including:
- Personality reports (soft skills, attitude).
- Relevance of technical knowledge vs requests (hard skills).
- Financial package overview.
Knowledge and experience
- Master's level or equivalent based on experience.
- Between 3 and 5 years' experience in Recruitment.
- Knowledge of IT businesses and experience in the recruitment and selection of IT profiles is a distinct advantage.
- Have a very good command of French, Dutch and English.
