Dilaco - Field Support Engineers

We are currently looking for Field Support Engineers for several of our clients




  • As a Field Support Engineer, you will support end-users at our client's offices or on other locations.
  • You assist in projects with both Hardware and software installations
  • You are able to analyse issues and to propose actions in order to solve these issues
  • Knowledge of the following applications, concepts and or/tasks are a plus:
    • Network (LAN, WiFi, VPN, patching, ...)
    • Laptops, printers, scanners, ... (HP, Dell certificates are a plus)
    • Telephony (Mobile, Skype, Android, ...)
    • Applications (Office, Internet Explorer, Citrix, App-V,...)
    • Server (Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, ...)



  • You like to work in a team and you can work autonomously
  • You like to learn things and you are ambitious
  • You are customer and results oriented
  • You are punctual and stress resistant
  • You own a B driver's licence
  • Technical knowledge:
    • Office 2013/2016 (including Outlook)
    • Windows 7/10
    • TCP/IP
    • ITIL is a plus
    • SCCM
    • Windows remote assistance
  • Dutch and French: very good
  • English: good
