We are looking for Helpdesk Support Engineers for several of our clients:
- As a Helpdesk Support Engineer, you solve technical issues with regard to:
- Network (LAN, WIFI, VPN...)
- Laptops, printers, scanners, ...
- Telephony (Mobile, Skype, Android...)
- Applications (Office, Internet Explorer, Citrix, App-V...)
- Server (Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM...)
- Basics of smartphones, WIFI
- You will develop a whole range of skills which will form the base of your future career in IT.
- Technical issues are communicated by phone, e-mail, chat or self service in three languages: Dutch, French, and English.
- Good knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 (Use, configuration, and troubleshooting).
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- User management (use of Active Directory).
- Basic knowledge of VoIP, VPN, IT network topology, software virtualization
- Basics of smartphones and GPRS (level troubleshooting).
- Basics of WIFI.
- Basic knowledge of Hardware (PC, printers and peripherals).
