Econocom - Excel Expert
We're in need of an administrative profile to be added in the Belgian team.
Following tasks are in scope:
- Creating day to day planning using the skynotedate tool (a planning tool created by Econocom).
- Daily updates of all Hardware movements in the CMDB (devices leaving stock need to be put on 'in transfer', devices given to a user need to be correctly assigned to the user, old devices need to be unassigned, locations need to be changed...). This is done by extracting the data in the skynotedate tool, manipulating it correctly and importing it in the CMDB tool.
- Administrative reception of material.
- Follow up the planning of technicians.
- Follow up holiday requests, timesheets...
- Other administrative tasks.
- IT technical knowledge not required but being able to understand an IT context and its specific requirements is a must.
- Very good Excel knowledge is a must (Vlookups; pivottables, manipulating data, correct filtering, creating reporting, ...)
- Have experience with using company specific tools (Skynotedate tool and CMDB tool are created specific for the customer. The candidate should be able to learn to use them correctly)
- Stress resistant
- Responsible and being able to take ownership
- Being able to work in a challenging environment (correct structure not yet in place, 90% of the team members are new
- Proactive and initiative taking
- NL (fluent) FR (minimum speaking and reading) ENG (reading and writing)
