Fineum Conseil is looking for a "PMO"

 

 

Context

  • Project, aiming to migrate current IT systems to the 'Euro Information' (Ei) target platform
  • Calendar:
    • Client business live on Ei platform by 1st of October 2018
    • Stabilization phase about 6 months after the go live

 

Role

 

Project Management Officer within migration project:

  • for the Compliance-related projects, in close collaboration with the Domain Manager (Dm), the Business Project Manager (BPM) and the Technical Project Manager (Tpm)
  • at the level of 'Transverse' Domain (support to portfolio management, Steering Committee...)

 

Main tasks

  • Support and advice in several tasks among others guiding the teams in charge of the project activities, estimating cost, timescales and resource requirements
  • Provide proposals planning, status reports, problem reporting
  • Prepare and provide regular and accurate reports
  • Maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan
  • Organize meetings and write meeting minutes (including Steering Committee support and minutes)
  • Process design (collect information and process design in Aris)
  • Participate in the testing phase (organization, test cases, defects solving follow-up)
  • All other content-related tasks by delegation from the Dm or the B/Tpms

 

Profile

  • For this role you need to have experience in:
    • Similar positions in the Banking sector
    • Project management methodology
    • Good reporting methods
    • MS Office (MS project 2013, PowerPoint, Excel, Access 2013)
  • The next are considered an added value:
    • Knowledge of compliance matters
    • Good technical knowledge on project aspects
    • Experience in process design
    • Ability to give presentations
    • Leadership capability
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in French
    • Dutch is mandatory
  • Others:
    • Capability of integration in an international/multicultural team environment
    • Proactive attitude and ability to apply high quality standards
    • Be comfortable with organization and coordination in a complex environment (large number of interactions and dependencies between projects, between domains)
