You will join the Belgian team (18 people) and be the single point of contact for all the customers.
- As a Customer Care Representative (Ccr), the employee's role is to support customer requests (service or support) level 2. Level 2 applications are defined as complex and / or for which there is no procedure level 1 being provided by the Customer Care Associates (Cca) that manage simple customer queries and / or procedures for which are provided.
- Manage recurring problems with high impact
- Climb to the N3 (developer, architect, IT, services) if necessary
- Develop procedures for Associates team
- Support specific service requests (Vip / Ae, no procedure, etc.)
- Participate in training for Associates
- Support the Associates overflow if necessary
- Knowledge of Windows computing environment
