As Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified new business opportunities as well as managing and expanding existing clients, including large national and international organisations across industry sectors by delivering Data Intelligence, Big Data & Analytics, Management & Transformation and Digital solutions.
This role will suit a sales driven, business development passionate who is able to propose solutions, services and software, whilst leading and inspiring colleagues and clients using your knowledge and passion in the for all things data.
You have a proven background in being able to identify and drive new revenue opportunities whilst maintaining your current client relationships. You will engage all internal stakeholders in Belgium and across the Keyrus group (when needed).

- Responsible for creating and nurturing a sales pipeline
- Understanding and selling the end-to-end Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management, Big Data & Analytics and Digital consulting projects and services
- Drive and lead business development activities including targeting key C- level clients, maintaining existing client relationships, proposing new and existing services as well as closing opportunities across multiple industries
- Able to proactively propose available consultants to new and existing clients
- Align with Business Line Directors where needed with additional business development activities to answers RFPs, presentations, solutions, offerings, etc.
- Co-design, execute & follow-up specific marketing campaigns to position Keyrus' Value Propositions and track client/prospect interest
- Align with strategic partners including software and services vendors to propose the best solutions to our clients
- Maintain a good relationship with our consultants to unlock potential projects at existing clients
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience and have consistently delivered against target
- Selling solutions in the world of Data (BI, Dhwing, Big Data, Analytics, CPM/EPM and Data Science as a big advantage) and/or IT consultancy, services or recruitment
- Success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills: you will feel comfortable presenting Keyrus' and our offered services to clients
- Be autonomous and result-oriented
- Team player
- Fluency in English, Dutch and French is essential as the successful candidate will be targeting companies across the whole of Belgium (and beyond)
