In the context of technology convergence, the Customer Interfaces team aims to promote the adoption of user interfaces between human and machine ((including BOTs and apps) within the group. The team has the objective to enable BU's to be autonomous on these subjects and to promote the user interfaces.
Summary objective of the job
As a member of the Customer Interfaces team you will work on a conversational agent project. During this project, your tasks will be:
- Creation of technical documentation and blueprint of the platform
- Creation of "Request for Offers" and "Request for project"
- Definition and maintenance of the REST API structure
- Analysis of third party API's to integrate
- Impact analysis of functional changes
- Participation in the elaboration of the future platform landscape
- Assist the lead architect on the decision making
Technical knowledge and understanding
- REST API,
- NoSQL database,
- NLP, NLU, AI, Social Media Hub..
- Blueprint tools for software architecture (Visio/EA/..)
Additional competencies / skills required
- You are customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a learning mentality
- You are a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently
- Experience with Agile methodologies and flexible attitude
- Languages: Strong knowledge of English is required. French is a plus.
