Proximus SpearIT - Level 3 Frontend Support Engineer

Requirements

  • Incident handling
  • Operational management, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server and client OS and applications (3th Line Support)
  • Interaction with customers (including VIP customers)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (main focus functionality and troubleshooting)
  • Expert troubleshooting Windows systems (main focus client OS - some server backend)
  • Writing work instructions for 1st and 2nd line
  • Scripting capabilities (mainly PowerShell. VBScript, WinBatch would be an asset)
  • Proficient in Skype for Business, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Administering Microsoft Office 365
  • Mac OS knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SCCM
  • Basic knowledge of Application packaging and testing
  • Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP)
  • Microsoft Certifications are an added value
  • Dutch language
