We are specialized in the implementation of Information and Document Management projects. Customers are mainly banks, insurance companies, multinationals, Belgian and European institutions, etc. We offer our customers solutions in: data capture, Intelligent Document Recognition, electronic content management, WorkFlow etc.
We are looking for a person to support the installation and deployment of IBM Case Manager and FileNet solutions on various Windows and/or Linux environments.
- You should be able to master the different types of application servers and database servers supported by IBM in order to implement the solution in the environment proposed by the customer. You are able to system tune when necessary.
- Moreover, you are capable to write documentation on the procedures for installation, backup, monitoring of the different solutions put in place at the customer site and to participate in coordination meetings.
- You will respond to requests for support, follow up incidents and provide solutions to the problems encountered.
- The candidate should have experience in the following technologies:
- IBM WebSphere Application Server - Network Deployment / Oracle WebLogic
- IBM DB2 Server / MS SQL Server / Oracle Database
- Windows / Linux
- And an experience of the following products would be a super plus:
- IBM Content Collector
- IBM Content Classification
- IBM Watson Explorer
