Job description

 

Sogeti is looking for one of his client for an Application Support Specialist who will be in charge of

  • User guidance and support of information system
  • Follow up of incidents
  • Documentation
  • Follow up of bug reports
  • Training

 

Profile

 

You have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience plus a bachelor level in IT

  • Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems

  • Able to use MS Office tools
  • Knowldege of WIKI, collaborative sites and social networks
  • Familiarity with ITIL
  • Excellent communication / writing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of english and french or dutch
