Job description

  • Provide technical support to Partners and end-users (B2B only)
  • Provision services on the company platforms
  • Maintain technical documentation and training material
  • Give training to Partners and end-users
  • Testing of new features and bug fixes
  • On Site installation & configuration 


Required expertise

  • Networking (switches, Routers & Firewalls)
  • IP telephony
  • SIP protocol 


Candidate profile

  • Motivated and enthusiastic person
  • Customer satisfaction driven
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in Dutch & French (mandatory!)
    • Technical English
