- Microsoft expertise & awareness:
- Share Microsoft best practices and expertise within the IT team (M365, Azure, Entra, AD).
- Actively support Egt-wide Microsoft awareness through coaching, documentation, and targeted support.
- Ensure alignment of IT staff knowledge and practices with Microsoft roadmap and tools.
- Cybersecurity & identity:
- Provide continuous cybersecurity support across Microsoft environments (Entra, AD, Azure Information Protection).
- Support IAM implementation (in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager).
- Enhance security posture by aligning Microsoft configurations with ISO/GMP and internal cyber governance.
- End-user empowerment:
- Continue and extend the “Midis du numérique” training program.
- Coach staff to become autonomous in running these sessions.
- Guarantee regular cadence and quality of delivery.
- Focus on Egt members' support & training to ensure end-users are confident, well-trained, and fully operational on Microsoft tools.
- Assist in ensuring Copilot (all users + Pro version) is properly configured, tested, and adopted.
- Microsoft projects - to be finalized:
- Intune Phase 2: integrate all Mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, rugged devices) to increase security and ease of management.
- Azure Information Protection (AIP): deploy classification and protection of sensitive information company-wide.
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT): finalize optimization of computer configurations (extra delivery leveraged from prior expertise).
- Expected outcomes:
- IT team fully empowered on Microsoft ecosystem to ensure operational autonomy.
- All Egt staff trained and confident in using Microsoft tools securely.
- Security layers reinforced across identity, data, and device management.
- IAM implementation advanced in coordination with Cybersecurity.
- Continuity of Microsoft projects initially scoped (and extra delivered).
Required skills & experience

Proven experience (3+ years) administering Microsoft 365 in a mid-sized environment (200+ users).

Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.

Understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID, conditional access).

Familiarity with compliance and security features (M365 Security & Compliance Center, DLP, MFA, audit logs).

Experience managing M365 licensing and subscriptions.

Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation are a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Support IAM implementation (in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager).

Guarantee regular cadence and quality of delivery.
Key responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Power Platform).

Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and access policies.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (security baselines, retention, DLP, conditional access).

Configure and enforce Intune device and application policies for secure BYOD and corporate devices.

Support collaboration tools (Teams channels, SharePoint sites, OneDrive sharing).

Monitor service health, incidents, and usage reports; troubleshoot issues.

Optimize M365 service adoption and provide user guidance / training.

Collaborate with the SOC team for security incident response and threat detection.

Work with procurement and/or management to manage licenses and cost optimization.

Stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap and propose improvements.
