For one of our major clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a Service Desk Agent.
- Answering calls, handling incoming mails or web forms
- Trying to find a solution at first call (use of remote control, knowledge base ...) for a majority of questions
- Solve queries regarding a broad variety of questions and incidents
- Using a ticketing system
- On a rotation system, monitor the Wintel console
- You have a previous experience as user support.
- Excellent technical knowledge: MS Office 2016 or 365, Windows 7or 10, Network essentials...
- Good knowledge of computer Hardware.
- You speak natively Dutch and as second language French
- You have a good level of written English.
