🔧 about the role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of our company, delivering expert technical service, maintenance, and support to clients in the Antwerp region and occasionally internationally. You'll work independently, take ownership of your projects, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.
💼 what you'll do

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced equipment on-site

Provide technical guidance and training to customers

Perform diagnostics and offer solutions to complex technical issues

Ensure service documentation and reports are completed accurately

Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve service processes

Represent the company professionally while building strong customer relationships
🎯 who we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Technology, or similar

Ideally 3+ years of hands-on service experience in a technical, field-based role

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a plus

Willingness to travel within the Antwerp region (and throughout Benelux when required)
