Janssens Field Services - IT Support Engineer

Your responsibilities

  • Installation of required software
  • Support and maintenance of the database
  • Support and configuration of software distribution packages
  • Provisioning component
  • Software Licence monitoring
  • Administration of users profiles
  • Management of the user and all their platforms and devices
  • Reporting


Your profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent or demonstrated skills and/or related experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on technical support, system management
  • Knowledge of relational database technologies and transact-SQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Web Server technologies and Web applications.
  • Very good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken)
  • Team player. Promotes a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills
