As the Infrastructure Services Delivery Lead, you will oversee the operational excellence of the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will lead a team of System Engineers, drive process efficiency, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and senior management.
Mission
- Team & operational leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of System Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage daily workflows, ensuring task prioritization aligns with business needs
- Act as a people manager, providing guidance and resolving conflicts when necessary
- Enforce adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
- Service & vendor management:
- Monitor service performance, ensuring client satisfaction and contractual compliance
- Collaborate with external vendors to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies
- Performance & reporting:
- Track team productivity, budget adherence, and project timelines
- Generate performance reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder collaboration:
- Report directly to the Head of Technology
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Technology, and external partners
- Represent the Infrastructure team in critical meetings (daily stand-ups, incident reviews, etc.)
Profile
- 5+ years in a similar managerial role within IT infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience
