We flip the model the other way and we start from the available job offers, to recruit learners and train them in the specific needs of the companies. Together with our partners, we design a relevant curriculum, recruit and select the right candidates, train them on soft & hard skills that address the business needs. By doing so, we increase the positive outcomes for learners who can find a job and/or valorize the acquired competencies on the labor market.
After successful pilot training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cisco technologies, we are now building new tech hubs on various IT competencies based on market needs.

Once you confirm your interest, you will have the opportunity to join a roundtable of partners who have similar needs and then you will be supported all along the journey by our account management team.
How much does it cost?
We ask for a commitment for companies willing to take part in this learning journey. The cost includes the personalization of the curriculum, the recruitment of candidates, the opportunity to bring use cases and of course all the support to hire the learners.
