We are assisting our client in its search for an IT Services Coordinator to join one of the most famous companies acting in the beauty industry on a worldwide basis.

 

With its offices located in Brussels and close to the train station, you will not be stuck into traffic. As a well-established company, you will benefit from the opportunity to evolve and to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

  • 3 years of experience within a help desk environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 10, Active Directory, ITSM
  • Fluent in French And English

 

In your role as IT Services Coordinator, you will lead a team existing of 2 help desk people providing 1st line support to the on-site and field employees. While being part of it as well, you will be responsible for the prioritization of the incoming issues and for the provided work. You will work on delivering a high-quality level of customer service. On top of those responsibilities, you will be in charge of the management of desktop services and of the users' accounts. Moreover, you will provide trainings to your team thanks to your expertise and your know-how. Finally, you will get the opportunity to be involved in projects planning, management and implementation.

 

As a successful IT Services Coordinator, you have at least 3 years of experience within a help desk environment and you need to have excellent skills in Microsoft technologies (10, Active Directory, Office365) and in Incident and Asset Management (ITSM). Along with those requirements, you are customer-oriented, solution-oriented and you have good communication and analytical skills. You will work in an ITIL environment, the certification is a plus. Finally, you speak French And English.
