For one of our client in the public sector, we are looking for a UX designer in Brussels.

- As an experienced UX Designer, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications.
- Specifically, you participate in needs analysis and ensure a deep understanding of users and their environment to best determine application requirements.
- You define and plan research methods and assist in recruiting participants to gather necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user testing, etc.).
- You propose the most suitable solution and design both low- and high-fidelity interfaces (mobile-first prototyping).
- You support analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets user and environmental requirements.
- You ensure that the graphic design of applications complies with accessibility standards.
- You establish governance for a style guide.
- You contribute to service design by proposing user-centered solutions. To achieve this, you follow an iterative and lab-based creation process.
- Throughout the projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.
