AI Coach / Data Analytics Translator
Brussels 60% onsite / 40% remote
Freelance Contract: ASAP - 31 December 2026
Fluent in either French or Dutch, with basic proficiency in the other language
We are looking for an experienced AI Coach (Data Analytics Translator) to drive the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across multiple departments in a leading international financial services organisation.
In this role, you will act as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer, helping business teams unlock the value of AI. You will identify high-impact use cases, guide implementation, and ensure solutions are effectively adopted while aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse current processes to identify automation and AI opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility and business impact
- Support the design and execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and AI governance frameworks
- Support teams in the daily use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Create practical assets such as prompt libraries (e.g., HR use cases)
- Act as a bridge between business teams and central AI functions
- Promote best practices and success stories to foster innovation
- Raise awareness of AI opportunities across departments
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coaching
- Enable teams to confidently and responsibly use AI tools
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in digital or AI transformation initiatives
- Strong background in facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of AI / GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business language
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and ethical considerations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership and results
Languages
- English: Fluent
- French or Dutch: Fluent (the other language can be basic)
