Context of the mission/objective(s) of the job
- Role within the Client's Digital Workplace department, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 and Copilot/Agentic AI projects
- Responsible for investigating and assessing new capabilities/features in the Microsoft Product Portfolio
- Provides functional guidance and expertise during workshops, and documents findings
- Works closely with business stakeholders, change management, and technical teams to support innovation and product launches
Responsibilities
- daily stand-up meetings with a cross-functional team (architects, product owners, team leads, developers, operations)
- product review, roadmap definition, rollout, and sprint planning
- definition and prioritization of requirements, user story design
- product release management and feedback collection from customers/business stakeholders
- meetings with change management team to prepare training and content for end users
- validation and qualification activities
- documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Years of experience: minimum 2 years of proven expertise in Office 365 and its collaboration modules (SharePoint online, MS teams, OneDrive, etc.)
Must have:
- mandatory knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- experience with power platform (Power Apps & power automate)
- capable of writing documentation (qualification, product notes, etc.)
- excellent analytical and communication skills
- creative mind and problem-solving attitude
- team-player attitude, but able to work independently
- customer and service-minded mentality
- fluent english (speaking and writing)
