ERP / CRM Change Management

Main responsibility
Development and execution of change management strategy including
- Learning Strategy
- Communication Strategy
- Corporate Branding
- Corporate Broadcasting
- Program and Project Management
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Change Management specializing in Digital Transformation programs for large industrial holding
- At least 3 successfully completed transformation programs with technology (CRM and ERP) components
- Team Management Experience: Up to 3-5 people
- Experience with SAP change projects is a big plus

- Fluent English, both oral and written is mandatory
