Talencia is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager for one of its clients.

Context :
For one ou my close partner, I'm currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager position within a large Belgian organisation undergoing an important Data & BI transformation.
The role combines people management, BI strategy and hands-on involvement in the evolution of the organisation's Data & BI landscape
Description :
· Lead and develop a team of BI professionals (circ. 5 people)
· Define and implement the BI roadmap and strategy
· Contribute to Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Management
· You will be directly reporting the the current Head of Data
Your profile :
· 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data
· Strong knowledge of Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects and SQL
· Good understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Architecture
· Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and change management skills
· Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with good knowledge of English
