We're looking for a Business Controlling professional to strengthen our Finance team and support key strategic decisions.
Your Mission
As Business Controller, you will:
- 💡 Support financial planning and decision-making
- 📊 Monitor and improve financial performance
- ⚡ Drive operational efficiency and sustainability
- 🔎 Provide insightful analysis and challenge business activities
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's financial health: costs, pricing, sales results, business plan vs. actuals
- Monitor and support the implementation of strategic plans
- Develop and track performance measures aligned with company objectives
- Control corporate activities (HR, Communication, Legal, H&S, etc.)
- Deliver regulatory reporting with in-depth analysis and clear justifications
- Perform targeted cost control (e.g., travel expenses, stakeholder events)
What We're Looking For
- 🎓 Master's degree (Finance, Economics, or similar)
- 📈 3-5 years experience as Business Controller (energy sector experience = big plus)
- 🗣️ Strong language skills: FR or NL required + good knowledge of the other and English
- 💻 Skilled in MS Office & SAP (or similar tools)
- 🤝 Analytical, structured, communicative, and detail-oriented
