What we need from a Solution Architect
The candidate we are looking for has a passion for architecture. On a daily basis you will join agile teams to support them delivering solutions in support of stakeholders.
The ideal architect can work with the legacy that the client already has and bring innovative ideas to transform and improve systems.
Willingness to work with a big organization and handle the challenges that come with the multiple structures are key for the ideal candidate.
What experience do you need?
- Minimum 5 years of multi-disciplined IT experience (dev, analysis, ...)
- 4-5 years of Solution Architecture responsibilities in large sophisticated organization with high volume/high transaction environment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms
- Able to design architectures and frameworks.
- Be able to document and address organization's data structure, solution architecture, and systems requirements throughout the full life cycle.
- ArchiMate designs
- Experience with mobile apps and websites.
- Broad proven business knowledge
- Previous experience with organizations that use mainframes (no in depth Mainframe knowledge required, but awareness of the INS and outs)
- Good knowledge of GDPR regulations and data management
- Ability to guide remote solution architects and be SPOC for the local Head of Architecture
- Ability to be a liaison between business, management, IT and other stakeholders
- Be able to identify and prioritize critical business functions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders.
- Be an excellent communicator and have excellent listening skills.
50% office prsence on avergae is required for this 12 month mission
