About the role

 

As a Support Engineer (L1/L2), you will be the first point of contact for end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience. You will provide technical assistance, solve incidents, and escalate complex issues when needed. Your role is crucial in guaranteeing the stability of IT operations, improving user satisfaction, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support services.

This position is a great fit for consultants who enjoy problem-solving, user interaction, and being at the heart of IT service delivery.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support: Hardware, software, network, and account management

  • Diagnose and resolve issues or escalate to higher-level teams when necessary

  • Install, configure, and support end-user devices, applications, and tools

  • Manage tickets in ITSM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation

  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and support process improvements

  • Support onboarding of new users (equipment setup, access rights, etc.)

 

Your profile

  • Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience

  • Previous experience in helpdesk or IT support (L1/L2)

  • Knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking

  • Strong customer-service orientation and excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset
