We are seeking an experienced Expert Process Analyst to join a transversal program within the Justice sector. You will play a key role in analyzing, modeling, and optimizing processes across multiple domains, ensuring efficiency, alignment with strategic goals, and smooth collaboration between stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation program with long-term impact.
Your responsibilities
- MAP and analyze existing processes across ITSM, HR, Procurement, Projects, and Architecture.
- Identify bottlenecks, overlaps, and opportunities for simplification and harmonization.
- Engage with key stakeholders and facilitate workshops to reach consensus.
- Model and visualize processes using BPMN or similar methodologies.
- Link processes to strategic objectives and translate them into workflows.
- Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and program management teams.
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years' experience in process analysis and modeling (BPMN, Lean IT, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing ITIL/ITSM processes (incident, change, demand, portfolio).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt to group dynamics, manage resistance, and drive consensus.
- Fluent in Dutch and French (both required); English is an asset.
- EU Nationality required for this role.
