Our Managed Services team is a fast growing team that assists organization's customer facing functions with the maintenance of their technologies (ERP, CRM, ECM, Cloud Solutions)
As a SAP Service Delivery Manager, you will join our team of highly experienced professionals in SAP Application Management Services (AMS), servicing clients who have entrusted Deloitte with the management of their SAP applications through on-site, near- or offshore support. You have experience in Service Level management, knows how to build long term client relationships and are recognized by clients for your AMS expertise. You have a very good understanding of AMS best practices in terms of processes, governance and tooling.
- You have minimal 3-5 years experience as a Service Delivery Manager either in Consulting or in Industry
- You have experience in collaborating with near-offshore centers, managing remote teams of at least +10 people
- You have experience in various SAP modules and are familiar with upcoming SAP innovations
- Knowledge of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) is a plus
- You have strong people management skills
- You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
- You are ITIL certified
- Having a past as SAP implementation project manager is a plus
