What will you do?
- You are an expert in our digital solutions, which can have both software and Hardware aspects.
- For (complex) IT integrations, you are the first point of contact and end-to-end responsible for the delivery of the IT part.
- You support your commercial and operational colleagues from a pre-Sales role with your IT knowledge.
- You act as an advisor to the customer from your technical expertise.
- You analyze the situation at the customer, which you smoothly translate into bespoke solutions in a varied context.
- You handle the configuration and implementation of the solution on-site or remotely at the customers.
- You communicate smoothly with all stakeholders in the project; the customer, their suppliers, our different departments, and suppliers.
- After the go-live, you follow up with customers during a hypercare period.
- You are responsible for a wide range of service-related questions and issues regarding our IT solutions from our existing customers.
- As the IT partner of the customer, you represent DHL Express IT during business performance reviews and are responsible for the delivered quality of the IT services.
- You take ownership of internal IT projects and help develop and/or improve best practices within the department.
Who are you?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in applied informatics or computer science or equivalent through experience.
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- You have knowledge of web services and EDIFACT messages.
- Development skills are definitely a plus.
- You have affinity or experience with major eCommerce platforms.
- You are analytically strong.
- Being result-oriented is a must.
- You are flexible, quality-conscious, and service-oriented.
- You like to work meticulously and with attention to detail.
- Taking ownership is your second nature.
- You are customer-friendly, customer-oriented, and problem-solving.
- You are stress-resistant and hands-on.
- You are fluent in three languages (Dutch, French, and English), both written and spoken; or willing to become so.
