Context & Role Overview:
We're looking for a delivery-focused Digital Technology Lead / Scrum Master to oversee and drive the successful implementation of Generative AI use cases within a dynamic digital solutions environment. This is a key leadership role enabling GenAI ambitions by leading delivery teams and managing the evolution roadmap of the GenAI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams (UX designers, BAs, testers, engineers, AI experts) to deliver GenAI use cases on time, within scope, and budget
- Drive backlog delivery using Agile best practices and tools like Azure DevOps
- Coordinate project activities, manage risks, and maintain communication with stakeholders
- Ensure high team performance and alignment with agile values
- Support the evolution and scaling of the GenAI platform and ecosystem
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies
- Proven track record in delivering custom-built digital solutions (e.g. .NET, Angular)
- Expertise in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite, and agile delivery management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interest or experience in Generative AI technologies
- Experience in dynamic, international, and technical environments
- Ability to creatively solve problems and mitigate risks proactively
- Pharma or GxP environment experience is a plus
