Position Overview
DigiTribe is looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Scrum Master, you contribute to the success of strategic initiatives by enabling high-performing teams. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement, while working closely with our experts and clients to ensure smooth delivery of reliable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

Support the team in applying Agile principles and best practices

Identify and help remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution

Encourage continuous improvement within the team

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog clarity and prioritization

Track team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)

Ensure clear communication between team members and stakeholders

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar)

Ability to work with Agile metrics to support team delivery

Experience in a digital, IT, or software delivery environment

Basic understanding of DevOps or modern development practices is a plus

Fluent in English and French or Dutch

Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience
