Overview
We are looking for a Senior/Expert Project Manager to lead a large-scale Data Platform transformation program within a complex international environment.
The role will focus on defining and delivering a target enterprise data platform, consolidating capabilities from multiple existing environments and aligning them with the organization's long-term data strategy.
This position sits at the intersection of technology, data architecture, and executive governance, requiring strong leadership, structured delivery, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Lead the governance and delivery of a strategic enterprise Data Platform transformation program.

Coordinate technical teams, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders across multiple domains.

Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.

Ensure transparent reporting to senior leadership, including risks, progress, and strategic recommendations.

Facilitate discussions on data architecture, integration strategy, data governance, and migration approaches.

Identify and drive the target platform vision, leveraging capabilities from existing environments.

Challenge technical teams where necessary to ensure realistic planning and delivery commitments.

Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination within a complex enterprise ecosystem.
Profile

10-15+ years of experience in IT project or program management within large organizations.

Strong track record delivering data platform, data transformation, or enterprise data programs.

Solid understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and modern data ecosystems.

Technical background (preferably software engineering or development).

Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
