Scrum Master expert
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join one of the two Professional Loans Squads within the Channels and Customer Experience - Enterprises Tribe.
Your initial mandate will consist of building a new squad from the ground up. Prior exposure to setting up Agile teams is considered an advantage.
Once the squad is operational, you will assume a central role in:

Strengthening the team's overall performance.

Overseeing and securing the delivery of the squad's features.
Function description
- Team & product owner support
-
Guide the squad in developing self-organization capabilities and applying Agile/Scrum methodologies, including ceremonies and artefacts

Lead the continuous improvement efforts within the team

Identify impediments and either remove them yourself or support the team in resolving them to maintain focus on priorities

Encourage constructive dialogue, enable decision-making, and mediate conflicts in a secure and trustworthy context

Facilitate smooth communication and information exchange across internal and external stakeholders
-
Safeguard the squad from unscheduled or disruptive requests

- Delivery owner responsibilities

Work with contributors to define, track, and maintain the delivery roadmap for the assigned features
-
Oversee the management of risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the delivery cycle

Coordinate Scrum-of-Scrums sessions to ensure alignment across the relevant squads and tribes

Present progress updates and delivery status during the Delivery Board sessions

Ensure consistent coordination with other feature-related and Opus roles (ownership, quality, release, etc.)

Requirements
- Language requirements

Fluency in English is essential

Knowledge of one of the national languages is considered a plus

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional background
- Agile requirements

Strong command of Agile methodologies and ways of working

Solid understanding of Scrum processes, frameworks, and best practices

- Required experience & knowledge

At least six years of experience relevant to the function

Demonstrated capability in coaching Agile teams

Ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments

Familiarity with feature definition, planning, and end-to-end delivery
